RETURN POLICY

Cancellations and Refunds

To request a partial or full refund, the CUSTOMER must contact the Customer Service team via email at ayuda@mallcubano.com within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the date of approval of the purchase order. Cancellations of complete orders will only be accepted before delivery to the destination.

When making a cancellation and return request, the CUSTOMER is obligated to inform the recipient of the purchase so that they do not accept the products. In the event that a cancellation request is made and the recipient has received the products, they must return them in their packaging, original seal, and in perfect condition, just as they were received. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

The CUSTOMER will be refunded within 72 hours following MALLCUBANO's receipt of the returned products. MALLCUBANO will process the refund using the same payment method that the CUSTOMER used to make the purchase. The CUSTOMER will not incur any charges for this refund. Additionally, when a return is applicable, the amount will be refunded to the CUSTOMER in the same currency used for the payment. The exchange rate imposed by the issuing bank of the card in question will apply to this value, if applicable. “MALLCUBANO” will not be responsible for any difference in this regard.

“MALLCUBANO” reserves the right to reject or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons, including but not limited to the following:

• Availability of products.

• Errors in the description or pricing of goods.

• Errors in your order.

THE CUSTOMER will not have the right to cancel an order for the following products:

• Customized products or those made according to their specifications.

• Products whose nature prevents their return, deteriorate rapidly, or are already expired.

• Products not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and that were not kept sealed after receipt.

• Products whose nature, after delivery, has been inseparably mixed with other products.

Product Warranty

Products will be considered compliant with the contract if they match the description provided by "MALLCUBANO" and possess the qualities presented on this website, are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are normally intended, and exhibit the usual quality and benefits that can reasonably be expected from a product of the same type. In this regard, if any of the products do not conform to the contract, the CLIENT must notify "MALLCUBANO" through any of the communication channels provided for this purpose.

All products for sale on the website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and by the warranty against hidden defects (in accordance with applicable regulations in all cases), which allows the CLIENT to return products at no cost, charge defective or non-compliant products that have been delivered to them.

Exclusion of Warranties

The warranty does not cover products modified, repaired, integrated, or added by the CLIENT. The warranty will not cover apparent defects. The warranty does not apply to products that have suffered deterioration due to misuse.

Consequences of Warranty Execution

Under the legal warranty of conformity, "MALLCUBANO" commits, at the CLIENT's choice:

• To replace the product with an identical one based on available stock.

• To refund the price of the product when its replacement is impossible.
