How to make purchases at Mallcubano.com?

Orders and payments are made online through a simple and intuitive purchasing process:

  1. Register with the requested information in the corresponding form.
  2. Fill out your address book.
  3. Add the products you wish to purchase to the shopping cart.
  4. Execute the payment by completing the required information.

What are the delivery methods, timelines, and fees?

Products must be picked up at the corresponding warehouses. Please note that a single order may be divided into several deliveries.

The pickup timeframe at the warehouse will be from five (5) business days after the order is approved.

What payment methods are accepted in the store?

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa and MasterCard.

How can I shop at the store if my card or bank account is in a currency different from the US dollar (USD)?

All products listed in the store display the price in US dollars.

If the card you use for your purchase is not in US dollars (USD), the issuing bank of the card will apply the corresponding exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Why is my credit card being declined?

Payment with a credit card may be declined for multiple reasons:

• The information provided during the payment process does not match that of your card. A simple typographical error in one of the fields can cause the transaction to be declined.

• You have not activated the security code: Some credit cards, to protect you from online fraud, require an additional security code that you must enter to confirm the payment. This code is provided by your bank.

• Your card may have insufficient funds to cover your purchase. Pay special attention if your account is denominated in a currency other than the euro, due to currency conversion issues.

• The amount of your purchase order may have exceeded the daily/monthly limit per transaction set by your bank for the card.

• Your card may have expired.

• If an order is declined, you should check if the bank sends you any notification; this often happens, and you just need to contact the bank to approve the transaction and then try to purchase again.

It is important that you contact your bank to confirm that there are no blocks on your account preventing us from charging the card. Ensure that the billing address specified in your purchase order matches the one registered with the card-issuing bank.
