DELIVERY POLICY
Order Delivery
On our website, the CUSTOMER will find the delivery methods as defined below:
• Delivery to warehouse
The delivery period will be from five (5) business days and will start counting from the sending of the confirmation and approval email of the order, according to the delivery methods defined for each product, which will be duly detailed in the invoice issued to the CUSTOMER.
The information provided by the CUSTOMER in their order must contain the personal details of the recipient: phone number, email address, as well as the delivery address; otherwise, the order may be held until the CUSTOMER corrects the information.
“MALLCUBANO” reserves the right to cancel orders with insufficient information without the right to a refund.
The CUSTOMER or recipient of the order, as applicable, must check the external condition of the package and the products at the time of delivery.
In places where transit is impossible due to the deterioration of the streets or lack of access roads, delivery will be made at the closest location to the delivery address.
The recipient of the order will receive the shipment within the established timeframe, according to the location defined after the confirmation and approval of the purchase, with the signature of the corresponding delivery receipt. The recipient of the order must review it in its entirety before signing the delivery record.
If the recipient is absent from the residence at the time of delivery, a second attempt will be made. If the situation persists for a second time, “MALLCUBANO” will contact the CUSTOMER to request a change of recipient or the cancellation of the order.
Mandatory procedure in case of missing or damaged product (Any delivery method)
The CUSTOMER or, if applicable, the recipient of the order must notify the absence or degradation of the product to ayuda@mallcubano.com
“MALLCUBANO”-Customer Service may request any information related to the identity of the CUSTOMER or recipient of the order and proceed with any necessary verifications for the case.
“MALLCUBANO” recommends that the CUSTOMER check that they have received their entire order at the time of delivery.
In case of dissatisfaction, they should refuse the delivery and immediately inform the distributor.
