Access to www.mallcubano.com and the use of its services are subject to General Terms and Conditions. By making a purchase, you, the user, will only complete the process if you accept them and express your acceptance. The content of this shopping center, including information, images, software, and email addresses, is the property of SoyCubano and is protected by international intellectual property and/or copyright laws. Violations of the Terms and Conditions will give SoyCubano the right to revoke the registered user status of the violators. User Obligations: . The user is responsible for any statement made or act occurring through the use of their username and password on mallcubano.com. They must not send or disclose inappropriate, transgressive, obscene, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening content that undermines the reputation of our sites through the Comments section, Social Media, or any other communication channel of SoyCubano. . They must correctly write the address to which the shipment should be sent, taking care not to make mistakes. SoyCubano is not responsible for losses that occur due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. In cases where this happens, once the package is returned to us, we can resend it, for which the customer must pay the shipping cost again. They must sign the receipt of the merchandise, which will be presented at the time of delivery, and check the merchandise to ensure it arrived undamaged. Obligations of SoyCubano: . SoyCubano must maintain an inventory of all merchandise available for sale. It must accept claims for orders made by customers who have not received their purchase after the established period for each shipping service and make a new shipment at no charge, or refund the total amount of the purchase made. This request for a refund or new shipment of the merchandise must be made by the customer via email to ventas@soycubano.artex.cu/ cetmilena@soycubano.artex.cu. It must make a new shipment to the customer, at no charge, to replace the requested merchandise that was received damaged or broken. It will not disclose to third parties the information provided by users during the purchase process, thus maintaining the required privacy. SoyCubano is not responsible for the tariff policies applied by each country in its territory; that is, if the Customs of your country charges an entry tax, it is not included in the price we offer; therefore, the value of the merchandise that appears on the platform www.mallcubano.com does not account for these measures. Delivery periods for the merchandise: . Shipments made by Express Service: Maximum delivery time of 10 business days from the date of purchase at the shopping center. Shipment made by Universal Postal Service: Maximum delivery time of 60 days from the date of purchase. Regardless of the above stipulations, SoyCubano is willing to resolve any unforeseen situation in the most favorable, friendly, and satisfactory manner for both parties.
