Claims

Any claim related to the purchased products must be processed via email: ventas@soycubano.artex.cu or cetmilena@soycubano.artex.cu, or through the online personalized assistance (via WhatsApp) provided by Customer Service.

If the CUSTOMER is interested in any claim, they must contact us beforehand through the communication channels established above and request the corresponding return in their case.
